In order to inspire the businesses for a cloud-friendly attitude as well as to demonstrate an ease of a cloud usage, TeliaLatvija will develop a compelling and innovative value proposition of a cloud product, which is particularly targeted to the late majority and laggards in adoption of cloud.

The background

Telia Latvija has been the first company in the Baltic region offering the latest generation cloud computing services based on the company’s own data centres. It has developed a unified platform, branded as Cloudy Services, for a variety of cloud services offered to B2B sector. The platform provides easily accessible high-performance computing resources in a full self-service environment. Currently, there are 5 services available on the CLOUDY™ platform providing server virtualization, data and server backup solution, desktop virtualization, e-mail and calendar management system and video surveillance as a cloud service. Still, a number of expansions and new products are on their way to users, thus making Cloudy Services even more convenient one-stop IaaS hypermarket for enterprises.
